If a tank top doesn't do it for you, try a shirt made for runners that is not only fitted, but wicks sweat away quickly for fast cooling of the body without having bacteria build up.

Yoga and Low-Intensity

Yoga in particular calls for complete flexibility in clothing. Anything restrictive like jeans or tight shirts is not a good idea. Yoga pants, which are made for yoga, are the best choice. Keeping clothes fitted, yet movable is key. The last thing you want to be doing in yoga is fiddling with a shirt that keeps dropping over your head in downward facing dog or pants that fall down as you stretch up. When it comes to other low-intensity exercises like walking, a loose fit is completely acceptable.

Even if your shape is not where you would like it to be, the fit of your clothing can actually make you feel better about yourself or worse.
